Return and Refund policy

WE ACCEPT YOUR RETURNS AND REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND.

NOTE:

1.we supply return's shipping fee (No more than 30% of the product price) if it's our fault ! ( you need prepaid this fee, we will pay you after we receive your return's item)

Our Fault Include:

1).Product is not the right size.(Exclude you choosing wrong size)

2).Product is damaged or defective.

3).Product is not as described.

4).Receive wrong or lesser item.

5).Over estimated to arrive time.

2. Items should be unworn, Unused,unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. with tags,or unaltered to be eligible for returns,

3. we only refund this price of wrong or lesser items.

4. if you would keep this order, we can give refund 10%-30% of wrong or issue items 's price.

5. if it's wrong for buyer's reason, we don't supply return shipping fee.


To start a return, you need contact us at Sales@azupet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Normal you can receive it within 1-2 Weeks After we receive your returns Item.

Returns Shipping address and tracking
To return your product, please contact us get returns shipping address (It maybe at warehouse of United States,United Kingdom or China ).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are shipping an item over $35, please consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please kindly note that as long as your “customized order “ hasn't been shipped , we will only refund you total shipping cost (product cost can not been refund). if they are shipped, we are sorry that we won't accept order cancellation.

A. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and the order status shows “awaiting fulfillment”, we will refund 80% of the total price. (20% of the cost refers to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other miscellaneous cost.)

B. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, within the processing time,we will refund 50% of the total price (After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers).

C. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, exceed the processing time,we will refund you 70% of the total price.

D. If the order status shows “shipped”, we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation.
